Hi Everyone,
In preparation for a trip for little ones want to make sure I have some cash/coins for a couple of surprises.
Here is my list of things that I can recall.

-pennies for wishing well
-shooting game in frontier-land (cost?)
-Pixar games (cost?)
-coin press machines (one that still take ACTUAL coins and are not just debit cards)
-in the main street bakery/candy shop there are a couple of activities that take pennies or quarters, but my memory is foggy??
-where else?

So my questions are what is the exact change I need (quarters, bills, pennies) and which ones are the "best", I feel like the wishing well is a given but what else is a must do?? Which Pixar Game, if any is worth hitting? Any penny presses you particularly liked? A Star Wars one would be ideal for my age group!

Thanks!! :)

There's a large music box in the Bonanza Outfitters store (across from the Shootin' Exposition), back where the hats, Minnie ears, socks, etc. are located. My DD loves this machine and plays it every time we go, she says it's the best spent 25 cents in all the parks.

Ohhhh perfect, that's exactly the kind of things I am thinking of. I want a couple of things if the lines get super bad to keep the magic going.

Here is an updated list of pressed penny- we haven’t been post Covid yet but looks like a lot of them are “vended” Pennies aka you put in bills or credit card and they provide the penny. We like using our own and picking shiny ones but there are still a couple that are “classic” models that let you pick the penny/quarter etc. we enjoyed doing them in downtown Disney on non-park travel days while we were shopping and eating too- kind of fun to do not in the exact parks (we especially enjoyed the hunt for those because we weren’t using “park time” haha)

Ohh thank you, thank you. You are right though, not very many "classic" ones left :/ The vended ones don't appeal to me as much either.

I'm pretty sure the shooting gallery in frontier land is still $1 and I believe they still have a change machine next to to swap out your dollar bills for quarters.

The Pixar Pier games I believe are still $4/play per person. You buy a card at one of the vending machines first and preload it with "credits". The card vending machines take cash and plastic so no requirement to have cash for this.

As far as which game to play, the Wall-E and Bullseye games are both competitive where you have to have multiple players to start the game but it means someone is guaranteed to win a prize. I think the La Luna one may also be easy (guaranteed even?) to get a prize but we've never played that. For the Heimlich game you throw baseballs at a hole (his mouth) and my kids-both of whom are solid softball players-struggled with this but they may have been trying too hard...
