Coffin teleporter in Emporium?

I was just in the Emporium and I saw a coffin teleporter next to the register. Has it always been there and I've just been missing it? I tried to activate it but couldn't. Where does it go? Is it just sitting there waiting for a HM merchandising location?

Thanks! I would have kept going back to try it if you hadn't told me it didn't go anywhere. I'm looking forward to the mansion and whatever mystery room the coffin will go to!
