Coffemaker ?

Have the coffeemakers in DVC studios and villas been replaced by Keurig type coffeemakers?
And do they take pods or K cups and what is the difference between the two?
We have to have our Dunkin's coffee in the morning!

No, nowhere that I have seen or heard.

BTW - there are no Keurigs in the other resorts either - only in the Deluxe resort suites (like real suites in the club levels). The other Deluxe resorts have been switched (or are being switched - not sure of the status) to a Cuisinart pod type machine, but I haven't heard of any changes in the DVC resorts yet.

We had a regular coffee pot in April at OKW.

Hmmm..earlier this evening, I was reading the POFQ thread ( my fave resort before we bought @ BLT ) and it was mentioned that there were Cuisinart type coffeemakers that used pods, a machine similar to a Keurig in the rooms. If it is a normal coffeemaker that is FINE with me...much cheaper as we will bring our own ground DD coffee. I wonder if they will be switching to these type of machines, though?

Yes I don't know the status of the mods,mor what they might be doing with DVC in the future, only what I posted.

We had a Cuisinart pod type In our Beach Club Resort room, not villas, but I didn't use it so don't know much about it.
