Personally I can't stand the coffee served at WDW, so that's why we bring our own. We're staying at SSR in May for 6 days and I was wondering how many coffee filters are with the coffee pot in the kitchen? Should I just being some along? I know this is a crazy question, but I'm planning ahead.

Zero coffee filters. They provide prefiltered pouches of coffee. If you bring your own, you'll need to bring your own filters - basket style.

You will get only a couple of coffee packets, so your plan to bring coffee and filters is a good one. The pots are 10-12 cup size and the filters needed are the fluted basket style.
P.S. I agree that the dirty dishwasher that is called "coffee" at WDW is undrinkable.

We bring our portable Keurig coffee pot with us this way we have good coffee to drink in the morning.:)

I pack Maxwell house filter packs. They do up to 6 cups. My DW doesn't drink coffee, so this is enough.

On the filters...you need the LARGE basket shaped filters. The coffee pots are 12 cup pots, so the small (4 cup) filters won't work.

Don't forget to pack some coffee too. I double pack mine into zip lock bags

Starbucks Via Soluble. Just add hot water or hot milk for coffee or latte.

This is what we do too. Not our favorite coffee, but pretty good and fits any basket. Very easy. They come in a hard container and we just put them in a large baggie for easy packing.
