New to DVC and staying 3 nights at AKL-Jambo in a Studio in Dec. I saw the list of Kitchen supplies over at allears.net however, I can't find how much coffee is supplied. I like my coffee in the morning and even a decaf at night...just wondering if I need to bring some with me. TIA!

If you like strong coffee, if you like good coffee....bring coffee (and filters).

Always be sure you have all of the right "C"s when visiting the world - Clothes, Cash, COFFEE! WDW coffee is not very good so having your favorite in the room lifts up the experience, especially first thing in the mmorning.

In the past, we always took filter packs with us; now we have a mini Kuerig in an OL. We love it!

Take your own for sure if you like coffee that much. We take our own and I agree with Dad, it makes the exp. of WDW all the more sweet:thumbsup2

We just got back from AKV--Kidani Village. The starter set of coffee is 2 regular and 1 decaf. I think it had 3 sets of the sugar/coffeemate packs. So, you'll want to bring extra coffee, filters, etc.

Always bring your favorite coffee and basket filters. I usually use bottled water to make it since the tap water can have a funny taste to it. Have a blast! :goodvibes

As others have said, bring your own; one other tip, use bottled water. Most/some of the DVC location stores carry the gallon jugs of water; this will definitely make a (good) difference in the coffee you can make.

I agree with the others. When you check in you get a starter pack (normally 2 packs--1 pack makes an 8 cup pot) but it's not enough for the entire stay. You get a replenishment on your T&T or FC day, but it's generally 1 pack or 2 packs depending on your resort. So whether you like the WDW coffee or not, you will not get enough to last you each morning. However, if you were a cash reservation person, they do get replenished every day. We bring our own, or buy it at the store when we get there. We also second (or third) the comment about the water. We buy gallons of water to make our coffee with. The tap water doesn't not sit well with me, and it gives the coffee a bad taste. BTW--housekeeping will sell you additional coffee packs....there's a price list floating around, but since coffee is easily packed, it would be a waste of money to buy coffee this way, plus it's not very good.

Thanks for everyone's response! I will bring my own and definitely use bottled water. Dizny Dad.....love the 3 C's!
