Coffee Pots at Caribbean Beach

I'm staying at CBR for the first time in a couple of weeks, and this is my first stay at a moderate. I know the rooms have coffee makers but was looking for more info. I'm a huge coffee drinker and would plan to bring some of my own to be able to make good coffee and a couple of pots a day. What size are the pots? And does anyone know what kind of filters it takes (cone or basket)? I'm wondering if Mousekeeping will give me extra filters so I can make a couple of pots a day. Thanks!

They use a little round pillow type pod thing that holds a single serving of Joffrey's coffee. It is maybe 2ish inches round filter sealed on all edges with the coffee in the middle. I know someone makes these but have personally never seen them. It dispenses into a mug or disposable coffee cup (not sure which they have at CBR last stayed at CSR and they had mugs). I have contemplated bringing my own single serve coffee maker because I don't like this coffee but decided not to bother. I bring my own to value resorts.

The coffee makers don't brew pots of coffee, as the PP stated it brews single serve.

You might want to consider ordering a coffee pot through Amazon and having it delivered to the resort (or taking one from home, if you're driving) if you want several pots of coffee per day. The coffee pots in the rooms are sad little single-serve coffee makers.

Thanks everyone! That is most definitely some sad news for my coffee loving heart. I will miss having a pot while I get ready in the morning. Starbucks here I come. Again. And again. And again.
