Hi all

We will be going to BWV in July. We r the type that need to have a cup of coffee before we get out of bed!! My question is how are the coffee pots? I have looked at some pics. It looks like I can bring my own filters and ground coffee and not have a problem. Any advice or feedback? We were also toying with the idea of bringing a single serve KCup machine with us!

Thanks so much!

Yes, all villas should have a standard 10 cup Mr coffee (flat bottom) filter.
Bringing your own would be much, much better than the minimal in-room supplies.

Some studios may have a 4 cup, but you can request the 10 cup maker.

I am not a coffee drinker and never will be but my mother-in-law, who travels quite frequently, will never leave her house without her compact coffee maker with her. Plus her own coffee (already ground at home), her own filters, her own mug and spoon and sugar packets. She said it just makes her feel like she's home. And she'll be here in two weeks at our home (no coffee maker) and she'll feel just fine with her own stuff.

Bring coffee filters because you won't find any in the villa.

Yes - not sure if all the villas are the same, but I had coffee with me at OKW and when I looked for the filters, I found they only supplied the filter/coffee combo packs. Luckily the resort store carried plain filters, but I was bummed at first because if I had know I could have easily thrown some filters in my luggage.

Finally after many many trips my sister bought me the Mini Keurig for Christmas so brought it on our last trip and was in heaven. I think it tasted better than my machine at home. Stored it in my Owners Locker for future trips.

It's the same for all villas. If you have loose coffee grounds, you will need to provide your own flat bottom, basket style coffee filters (like standard Mr Coffee).

We were there in August and it has a full size coffee maker there. We are the same way as you so it worked out great for us.

Yup, Mr. Coffee it is! Bring extra supplies and you'll be all set :)

We have a Kuerig coffee machine and uses cup like pods for the coffee.
Mr. Coffee ? Uses fresh ground coffee?
Do we need buy a water filter to bring with us?

Also what about the coffee?
Does it use coffee beans already pulverized?
Does Mr Coffee use coffee "pods" (flat disks?)
