Coffee pot vent

Almost every morning I start a fresh pot of coffee at work, get everything ready for the second pot to be brewed so all someone has to do is push the button.

Go back to my desk to get important stuff done (check out the DIS), and when I go back the first pot is almost empty and no one has started the second pot!

I am not making coffee tomorrow morning!

We don't have a communal coffee pot around here. I have my own personal 1 cup coffee maker beside me. If my coffee isn't made, I have to kick myself.

Sorry you have inconsiderate people at work.

Marilyn, I use the Black and Decker's Brew 'N Go. It makes the coffee HOT and fast. I got mine at Walmart for about $14.

I Love those things! I bring mine to WDW that way I can have coffee in the room, first thing in the morning! I have VERY inconsiderate People where I work, I have my coffee at home, cause by the time I get there, its gone!

My coffee pot pet peeve is when people put the pot back on the burner when there's hardly anything left in it. I don't like coffee anyway and can't stand the smell, and there's nothing worse than the smell of burned coffee. YUCK!

When I first got to the Devils my neighbor mentioned we have a pot and that we would be the only 2 drinking it. So I started bringing in my own coffee(Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts) and everyday we would take turns. Then some days he would make enought for just him and others for both. Then I noticed he stopped making it and brought in a hot pot whic is against company rules. He has never brought it up and I stopped making it so I could buy it on the way in
