Actually...she was the one who PM'd me about it. Was never part of a swap though...so I haven't a CLUE what to do. I need 1st grade level instructions...but I promise to do what I'm told.

next person (to make sure there are not gaps) on the 25th Aug...

OK, let me make sure I've got this right...because I CERTAINLY don't want to mess it up!

1) I PM my info to MGV (already done) because she will be leaving the goods for me.
2) I will pick it up at the check in desk
3) Before leaving, I leave everything for SumMickeyfans with his info
I give them that name, ressie # and arrival date?
4) SumMickeyfans is going to PM me with that info?
5) Once I have his info I email it all to the swap coordinator

Is that right? OK, I can do that.

I know that we will be making a trip to the grocery store (we always do) once down there, so I will make sure that there are plenty of filters, cleaner, etc when I leave it.

Alright, I think that takes care of it all...now if these 14 days would just tick off a bit faster.

And sorry Gloria, but if it makes you feel any better, I refer to my daughter and dog as 'he's' all of the time. I also call DD by my sis's name half the time.

I used the original pot way back in April. I knew Lannah was going soon and wanted to check in to make sure the exchange was going strong to ensure she got her coffee.

It sucks to see some of you going through all this work to ensure folks have good coffee and then not being appreciated by a small group (e.g. they don't follow rules).

Hopefully this new pot has less drama and everything goes smoothly!!

Have a blast to all you going soon. I'll be at home watching tv (not quite as much fun.....)
