Coffee maker style at AKL Jambo house?

We are packing for our trip to go to AKL Jambo house next week and as I was packing up my coffee and filters, it occurred to me that maybe the villas have switched over to Keurig style machines. Does anyone know what they have in the rooms now?

All DVC Villas (including Studios) should have a full size (10-12 cup) Mr Coffee style brewer.

DVC is not changing coffee makers. They continue to have Mr Coffee style brewers. The non-DVC Resorts have a single cup (non Keurig) brewer that uses a small filter pack. The Concierge Lounges might have something different.

Unfortunately, I've been at a few DVC studios that had only the little 4 cup coffee pots. Once we called and they delivered a brand new big one. However, we waited 2 hours for it, so after that we've just kept the 4 cup size.

That is rare though - we've always had the full size in every studio but definitely have read reports that a few 4 cup have gotten in. Calling should work but I wouldn't want to try that in the morning while waiting for coffee! Considering that the coffee packs are for larger coffee brewers I bet the coffee had a good kick!

If you got the smaller coffee maker and didn't want to ask mousekeeping for a 10-12 cup then just tear off the excess from the filter. Not that filters take a lot of room in a bag but if you were going to be buying for the trip that's what I'd recommend.
