Coffee Maker Size?

Hi.
I like to bring my own coffee and am wondering... what size coffee filters will I need? We are staying in a studio.

Some studios have the 4 cup coffeemakers and some have the 10-12 cup size. You'll need the basket type (flat bottom) fillters similar to the Mr. Coffee brand.

The smaller flat bottom filters will work in the larger coffee makers. I know this because I asked my DH to pick some filters up and he brought home the small size. Still using them up because he "got a deal" on them, LOL.

Thank you! Last time I remembered to bring my coffee, I forgot filters and then realized the coffee they provide is pre- wrapped in a filter and unusable. I was stuck trying to be McGyver with a paper towel!!
