Coffee makers in the studios are full sized that use regular coffee filters - correct? DH always brings his own coffee (somewhat of a coffee snob) but we have family staying in studios and want to tell them the right thing to bring if they are coffee drinkers. If we're there for six nights - there won't be enough coffee packets, so they'll need to bring their own - right? Also, will a studio only have paper/styrofoam cups for coffee? We almost always stay in a 1BR or 2BR, so I'm not so familiar with the studio amenities.

Yes, full size,10-12 cup pots that use Mr. coffee type flat bottom filters. There will be real mugs and glasses, other wise paper plates and bowls and plastic utensils.

If you get a small pot, and need the large one, just call housekeeping and they will bring you one.

Just don't wait until morning coffee time to request the new coffee maker. We did and thinking they'd bring us one right away, we didn't make any coffee. Turns out it took 2 hours for them to arrive. However, on the plus side, when they did arrive it was with a brand new coffee maker, still in the packaging.

My mother stayed in a studio at BLT in June & had a full sized coffee pot.

She uses bottled water to make coffee at WDW. I use tap water & don't notice the difference. If she is coming to my villa for coffee, I use bottled water.

I agree w/others that mentioned if there isn't a full size pot, call right away to get one. It can take awhile to get things sent to your villa.

Have a great vacation!

It seems that if a pot needs to be replaced, Disney is putting the smaller ones in the studios. If you need a larger one, just call mousekeeping and ask for one.
