Coffee-Half and Half-Good Water: Possible?

1) Is Half and Half available in the Food Court at Port Orleans: French Quarter? I don't remember it at the theme park counter service locations or other resorts. Just that gawdawful non-dairy creamer.

2) I'll want to be using bottled water in making coffee. Is Dasani the only choice? We would be relying on taxis to go elsewhere. Can't pack it in the suitcase (nor would I want to), what would be the best option?

I have heard that some have cases of water delivered by staples. I haven't had a chance to look into this myself though. Wonder why Staples over some other store?
