Coffee Filters for AKL Coffee makers

Another dumb question: I requested a coffee maker in our room. Do they provide the filters, or do I bring them, and what kind are they. Does anyone know. I am almost done with my packing. Can't wait - need a vacation real bad and hopefully we will find a house also when we are there this time.

You may want to call the AKL directly. I've read many posts which state that they are no longer providing coffee makers at any WDW resort.

They asked me if I wanted one and they put it on my request, so I am assuming that AKL still offers them, or why would they ask me if I wanted a coffee maker.

That's odd. I've never had anyone ask me if I wanted a coffee maker in my room! I have read that they are available at most resorts but that people have had problems getting them at the Grand Floridian lately.

I'd bring regular basket filters. They can always be folded into cones if need be.

If I remember right, when we stayed at AKL......
The coffee they use is the filter and coffee all in one.
So, no they will not provide just the filters.
If you are bringing your own.....try the all-in-one things. That is what my DH always uses. He travels alot and always takes his own coffee just in case the hotel doesn't provide it.
