Yes, all three included; as much as you can drink.

Everything is included in Breakfast; except liquor. The same for the other meals; everything is included except for liquor. In between meals, you can get milk/water/ice at a station on Deck 9, 24 hours a day!

Regarding coffee: Only "normal" regular or decaf coffee is free. For any specialty coffee or coffee with liquers of any type there will be a charge. I think it's about four dollars.
