We are looking at an almost cross-country drive this summer to visit Yellowstone, Grand Tetons, etc. Currently, I have one night at Jackson Lodge, one night at Old Faithful Inn, and two nights at Lake Lodge booked.
I am thinking of canceling the second night at Lake Lodge and looking for something in Cody, WY to help cut travel time for the following day. Do you think that makes sense or should we spend the three nights in Yellowstone? Has anyone stayed in Cody? Can you recommend someplace for a family of 5 that is clean and comfortable and not much over $158 (what we are paying for Lake Lodge).
