codes in july...false hopes?

we have a trip planned for july '08, can't go any other time. Are there EVER any codes, discounts, anything during those months? This trip is sooooo expensive, I been hoping for a little something

I hope so too. I'm staying 14 days at POFQ in July. I'm hoping for an AP discount rate to come out soon.

Yes, I have AAA rate for room-only currently.

We have the AAA for room only as well, but I have been considering having AAA take over the reservation from disney entirely if there are not any good promos to be found anywhere through disney direct

In my current and past research, the CM’s have told me numerous times that I have codes attached to my name but none of them are available in July. I have seen on other posts that codes may be available in early may. After checking with AAA, other than room only, there “discounts” (July) are the same prices that WDW offers. AAA does not have discounts that offer meal plan with it. This is what I have found out. I’m sure that others have been offered discounts thru AAA. Good luck

My AAA rate for room-only in July is 10% off rack rate.

My TA says there is a really good chance they will offer something for AP and/or Visa Card Holders. She said that Disney is having some problems booking rooms, the economy I quess. Better for all of us hoping for a discount!
