Codes and the new pricing structure

Does anyone know how this will work come 2008? Will every date of the trip have to be within the code dates, or will it still be based on when you check in? I know the room rates are done night-by-night now, but will the codes be changed as well?

If this year is any indication.. and I think it might be..

Code CCE/CCF (or whatever) .. got me 59$ a night for value in December Monday to Wednesday and then got me 69$ a night for Thurs/Friday/Saturday.

So the codes still get you a fixed percentage discount.. but the room rate varies based on what night of the week / season.

That's what I'm hoping for. I don't care if we pay more for the weekend. Heck, I don't care if we pay rack rate for the weekend. But since the Jan code is looking to be the ticket upgrade again, it'll save us $400 without any room discount component so I'm really hoping I'll be able to apply it!
