I'm hoping codes for Nov. come out soon. I'm booked with a AAA rate Nov 13-20. Now I see that the 13th is a blackout date for the AP rate, so I'm sure it will be for the regular room only codes. So IF I get the code rate for the 14th -20th and keep the 13th at my AAA rate, do I have to check out/check in again and how does that work? Can I keep the same room?

Sorry, I'm of no help. Just wanted to say that I love your picture. I was thinking how cute he is and then noticed his name is Nicholas. I also have a Nicholas.
Good luck whatever you decide. :Pinkbounc

You do have to check out/in again, on paper at least. If you call it to their attention when you check in for the first time and ask you keep the same room, you may be able to do so, but there's no guarantee. I think they try to accomodate you but they certainly aren't obligated to do so. I will be doing the check in/out/in thing this weekend. I'll post my results when I return.

2 days 'til my solo trip! WooHOO!!!:Pinkbounc

Do you have to make separate ressies just to apply different codes to different dates? For example, I have AAA for 9 days at WL, if I want to apply room only discounts to dates I can get (say day 2,5,8 & 9), do I need separate ressies for each rate? I have heard people do this before, but I have not heard that each rate change requires a different ressie.

Thanks for your reply! I guess it's not all that bad to change rooms after one night (if I had to). I'll do anything to save some money :D LOL

Changing rooms is hardly ever required although they always warn of the possibility. Just be sure that CRO/WDTC has your two reservations linked indicating the continuing reservation. At check-in on your first day, tell the front desk CM about your other reservation. That way you should avoid any possibility of changing rooms.

Only a single discount code can be applied to any reservation. Any stay combining codes must be done on separate reservations requiring separate deposits.
