I live in Michigan. I got the postcard yesterday. It was actually sent to my parent's house and we haven't lived there for over seven years (in between houses). I usually tell my parents toss out any mail that comes there because it is usually junk. Thank-God my mom had enought sense to save the disney mail.

Was checking an old email address from last fall and I received a YQX code that was valid in Aug and Sept 2006.. it was a slight room discount and free dining was included. Couldn't use that one tho.

WA State -- Didn't receive postcard or email but called and asked if I qualified even if I didn't have a pin and received the 40% off promo. Have also called and successfully modified the resv. twice now.

Ohio, New York, California and Rhode Island -- I should fall into a target area at one of those places, right? The postcard hasn't found me yet, but I was allowed to book with a discount, so it'll probably show up soon with a bunch of yellow stickers on it.

I am in Louisiana and both myself and my sister recieved the postcards. It seems to me that they are targeting people who haven't been in over a year but who have actually been before. Trying to get them back for another trip. My sister and I both went in 2005 and haven't been back since. I have also seen many people who get it to old addresses and emails and names probably because any trip they took in recent years was on the correct information and so they didn't show as having gone recently. This so far makes the most sense to me. I don't think that they are targeting just market areas because there is such a wide array of states and countries that people come from. Just a guess but it makes sense to me. Funny thing if they had waited just a little longer I wouldn't have gotten it cause I planned a vacation in Dec apparantly after they pulled their target market. So I got the discount on a trip I had already planned to take. They did get me though because I planned another trip this year since I got the discount and so I am actually spending 1000 more than I would have.

I'm in New Jersey. I called and they said I had a code. I'm still working on getting the dates from them.

I called today, on a whim, and they said they NEVER, EVER attach codes to a name in their computer. I think I must have talked to someone who didn't know what she was saying. She verified my address and email and said that's the only way to get a code.

I've been thinking of calling back to see if I get a better answer...

I'm from WA state and will be calling today to see if there is a CODE/PIN attached to my name. When I called earlier, I had a CODE but it was for use through FEB. I got a 30% off postcard, my first EVER, for certain parts of Feb and March, exactly when we were thinking of going! Except we couldn't bc it was peak season! I booked the next day.

I live in Alabama. Stayed onsite for the 1st time in 2005. This will be our
2nd time onsite.

It seems like they are now cracking down on this. Those who tried were asked for the PIN and were told that the code won't work without the PIN #.

I agree with this. I stayed onsite in 2002 and haven't been since. I remember getting a card a couple of years ago but threw it away; don't remember what it was. Called last week and asked if there is a code for my household and they said YEP, and said that a card was sent out to me in August. I never got the got but we have our mail forwarded to a p.o. box so maybe it didn't get forwarded.

But I agree, they are giving the code to people they think might not come back otherwise.

I also wonder if they market to zip codes that are higher income areas. Makes sense that they would target households with more disposable income to be spent on things like vacations.
