Code success! changed reservation - hope I won't regret!

I wanted to thank Mary from Mousesavers (and others) for the great codes and information. I had planned to stay at the Swan for 5 nights using a rate of 162.50 ($181 with tax, plus resort fee) from travelocity. But based on the new CZF code I decided to try POR for 2 nights and then AKL for 3 nights. We got waterview/king bed at POR for $121.54 including tax, and AKL standard for $154.99 per night including tax. I am not sure about the resort hopping, but I really wanted to try both places. I hope I won't regret changing from the Swan (kept hearing about the heavenly beds...) but I am excited. We saved $250 (including the resort fee we would have paid at Swan) for the 5 nights. That should cover our sit down meals!

As for my experience using the code, I got a wonderful CM at CRO who was super friendly and told me what to anctipate about each resort. She knew exactly what the code was and never mentioned anything about Disney Visa. I paid my deposit on the spot and the CM said its a 5-day cancellation policy and I can pay my balance at the time of check-in.

I'm in a similar situation. I just changed from 9 nights standard at the Dolphin to 9 nights standard at AKL. We also used the new code and got the CRO cancellation and deposit policy. We are very excited to say the least

great!! we have changed resorts several times and it is not a problem at all. the first resort will transfer your luggage for you. has anyone booked WL woods view w/the new code? if so, what was your rate per night? thanks!

I have 3 nights at POFQ for $348 and 3 nights at WL for $549. I guess that's $183/ night with the tax included at WL. Just realized that was with the AXA code. Can I call Disney and ask to apply the new code to my reservations?

About two weeks ago, I booked a "room only" at POR for June 30th - July 5th with the AXA code. I just got off the phone with CRO and got the new code applied to my current reservation. It was a $56 difference. Hey, thats one more meal in our tummies!

OK, just applied the new code...got 3 nights at POFQ for $314 tax included, and 3 nights at WL woods view for $515 tax included.

i am booked w/a disney club discount. in order to use this new code, i would have to call CRO, cancel what i have now and rebook. right? this is what i have been told i would have to do if/when the AP rates come out. thanks

Disney Queen, no, there is a Disney Club code for room only (Basic Plan) that you can use...ZXEI. It's as good as the room only code.

thanks for the code, Michelle! i called today and saved over 300$ on my stay in june. i asked the CM about the AP rates and was told he had no idea when they would be out.
