I got a code for "Free Dinning" or 30% off and it looks like the same info is on the Disneyworld site for the General Public.Has anyone else gotten this?

My mom got that one a couple of days ago. We are hoping for free dining in December and I almost cried when I saw that it is the promotion going on now.
