"Code" Attached To Your Name?

Can my DU agent call on my behalf to see if there is a code that is "attached" to my name? Right now I am booked at rack rate at the Contemporary in a MK Tower room (YIKES!). I'd love a small break - and there is no AAA rate for that room category.
