I called WDW reservations last night for a trip 11/29-12/5 and the CM said I have a pin code attached to my name.
She could not give me the code but said it was good for Oct.- Dec. She could not tell me if it was room only or a package code and that I would need to get the e-mail or postcard to redeem it. I then put a room on hold since I would really like to see the code for a price on an upgrade. I called 2 times today with no luck of them telling me. THey all said I need the code. Could I have missed the e-mail, was it not sent yet? They could not tell me. They all confirmed that I had a code but would not tell me any more. Any help out there would be greatly appreciated.

Been surfing like crazy to find answers to my questions. Like I've said before we are already booked for ASSPORTS package w/dining for 11/18-11/25, how will the codes affect me? Disney CMs are being of no help to me. Forgive me ahead of time, this is our first trip to WDW.
