I'm going to be having a coctail party in a few weeks and would like you to share some of your favorite recipes for nibbles. If you have a good recipe or idea can you please post?

One of my favorite nibblers to make is ham roll ups. I use Krakus ham sliced not too thin and spread a layer of cream cheese on it. I sprinkle a bit of garlic powder (or salt if you prefer) on the cream cheese and them place a sweet pickle inside of it. Roll it up and let it sit over night. When you're getting ready for them, slice them into bite size pieces and place a toothpick in each one. They are a bit time consuming to make but are really tasty. Enjoy!

In two words.....baked brie. I do it in puff pastry and fill it with chutney. This time of year, apple, cranberry or pear works well. In the summer I usually do apricot chutney.

Serve it with french bread and sliced tart apples. Yum!!

Chicken Spread

1 8 oz pkg Philly Cream Cheese-softened.
1 can Chicken Meat (I use 2 cans if they're small).
a coupla splases of soy sauce.

Combine and serve with Riz crackers.

*side note I usually throw this into the food processor cause I'm lazy.
