I drink coconut water because its a great source of potassium and I'm allergic to most other natural potassium sources. For what its worth its good but I think its weird how all these people who don't like it drink it because its the hip thing to do. I also don't drink it daily maybe at most a few times a week.

as I am) said to try it after it's been in the fridge, or over ice. Much better cold. Hubs won't drink it unless it has a splash of juice in it (he's a fussy eater/drinker), but it's great as a natural alternative to gatorade or powerade (which I don't drink because of all of the chemicals
). I like it cold with a squeeze of lemon, lime or orange. At WDW we almost always get some from Publix and keep them in the mini-fridge to have with breakfast or during the afternoon break to restore some electrolytes, and I'll be getting some when we go hiking in Canada in a few weeks.
