Cocoa Beach to WDW?

Looking for some transportation advice. I am going down to Cocoa, FL late November for the Space Coast Half Marathon. I am staying in Cape Canaveral. Last year I rented a car from MCO, drove to my hotel that Friday then drove to WDW after the race Sunday and turned it in at the Car Care Center. It was perfect, but the rates so far are terribly high for this year...$250 for two days high. I will keep watching the rates, but I am looking for another alternative just in case.

I know I can get a shared shuttle from MCO to my hotel at Cape Canaveral, but how can I get to WDW from there?

You can book a car service, but they can be tough to book one way unless they have a fare being dropped off in Cocoa Beach earlier that day. Or, a rental car. I really think a rental car is going to be your best bet. Book now and then keep looking to see if you can find a lower rate. Just don't pay for it in advance!!! You can't change it then.

Shuttle back to MCO then Magical Express to WDW if you have an onsite reservation there?

It's way too early to feel that the prices are settled for November. Keep checking.

But just contact one of the towncar companies to see the prices. They do one-ways all the time. Happy Limo and FL Tours are two that I know of; one is a Dis sponsor and has a link from wdwinfo.com, and one has a discount link from mousesavers.com. Just can't remember which is which LOL.

FL Tours says its $158 (I think that's what it was) for one way from port to WDW, with gratuity on top of that. So about $180.
