Cocoa Beach or Two More Nights at WDW?

We are staying at Old Key West for 5 nights and then we were planning on spending 2 nights at Cocoa Beach. Since it has been a while since we were at WDW, I have been toying with the idea of canceling our reservations at the beach. We have 4 day passes (not Hoppers) and we would want to add 2 more days. I rented points for Old Key West so I would want to move to a value resort for the two nights.

Any thoughts?

Would the cost to add 2 more days be only $20/pp or did I read that wrong?

Could I link new reservations to our magic bands?

Yes it is only 20 more per ticket. I always favor on the side of adding more days!! I believe because you're moving it would be separate reservation but you can reuse your magic band and you'll get new ones with the second reservation.

My family would say 5 days is enough but not me.

Unless you have never been to a beach before (I went on a trip once with someone who hadn't ) would add the 2 days to Wdw instead.

I second staying at Disney! I spent one night at Cocoa Beach prior to our cruise; to me Disney would be WAY more fun! And yes, it's very little to add days once you've already got 4. For a 7 night trip, we typically do 7 or 8 day park hoppers, so we go the day we arrive and the day we leave (even if it's only a couple of hours).

We had planned on a couple of beach days for my sister, but between all the shark attacks on the Atlantic and the flesh eating bacteria in the gulf we changed our plans.

We've been to Cocoa Beach twice before our cruises and I would happily trade those for WDW days.

If the choice were WDW versus 2 days at Siesta Key in Sarasota, or two days on Marco Island, I'd take the beach. But if my choice was Cocoa Beach, I'd take Disney, unless visiting the Space Center is a high priority.
