Cocoa Beach hotel ?

Has anyone ever stayed at the Wakulla Suites in Cocoa Beach? If so, what's it like?

The Wakulla Motel is a super motel - the owner Michael exercises next door to the shop and I have had a lot of time to talk with him - he has done quite a bit of renovation to the place and inside of the motel - he has it fixed very very tropical - you are close to everything except the port -
