Cocoa Beach - Chair/umbrella rentals?

We are taking a day trip to Cocoa during our vaca at Disney at the end of this month... where at the beach can we rent a beach umbrella (and maybe chairs too?) At the Pier somewhere?

Just trying to figure out how we can keep our 3 year old in some shade in the August heat - thanks!

Don't really know if they rent them at the pier, but I know you can rent them at Shepard Park-the beach right at the end of 520.

You can rent chairs and umbrellas from Ron John's Surf Shop - if it's a slow day, there is plenty of parking behind it (free - they will let you park in their lot) and a decent beach. There is also a store across from that beach that rented them too. At some of the beach parks, there are rentals at the beach as the PP noted, but some of them require you to stay right in that designated area - side by side with others renting them too.
