Hi again, Just wondering about the cost of drinks in the Hotel, does anyone have any idea, glass of wine or a cocktail? Thanks Dumbo Deb:laundy: :laundy:

wow that is expensive ill have to make mine last lol

They start at around 7 or 8 Euros from what I recall... Not cheap considering the Euro rate but they are nice as the surroundings are lovely and you also get salty snacks too!!!

I took my Mum here for cocktails last November. I think we paid 12 euros each for the champagne cocktail - it came with a little dish with nibbles in too. I thought it was money well spent for a moment of luxury watching how the other half lives (people wandering off to the pool in their gowns through the hotel!) We mooched back through the hotel too looking at the shop and admiring the architecture.

i guess it would be lovely to sit in the posh peoples place lol and i guess 12 euros for a champagne cocktail as its £9 just in tgi fridays

The most expensive is a glowtini which is about 14 euros.

It's worth shopping around with Cocktails - I noticed that the New York offered the same glowtini for about 11 euros, so I guess even the cocktails are affected by how close they are to the park

oo thats good to know thank you for that x

We had a glass of chardonnay 6 euros and a pint of guiness 6.90 euro which was the same price in all the hotels we visited, came with a lovely dish of nibbles (olives , nuts and tortilla chips)..

Well thanks everyone for your replies, I will start to filling the cocktail moneybox just for that moment of bliss and luxury and the champagne one does sound lovely. Do you get the shareholders discount on cocktails? or is it only on the food (worth a try!!!):laundy: :laundy: :laundy:

Only on food in table service restaurants i'm afraid

I did find that cocktails are much cheaper if you have them with a meal - you could stay behind after your meal and have another drink? In the steakhouse they were only 6 euros, and you do get shareholders discount off the price as it is part of a table service meal :thumbsup2

I can't wait to have my first Glowtini!!

staying at the DLH doesn't mean your posh:rotfl2:

Found my pic of the cocktails
