I'm generally a big roller coaster chicken, but I love the ones at WDW. I still get nervous when I'm about to ride one of them, no matter how many times I've been on before.
My question is, for each WDW coaster, in your opinion, what seat/row do you recommend for the mildest ride possible?
For some reason, the only coaster I don't mind getting tossed around on is BTMRR, and I think the back rows are the best for that. I haven't figured out yet which seat for SM is the best. Is there really no difference between the two tracks on that? I tend to go to the right side, and I ended up going on the left once or twice and I swear that the left was a bit rougher. Am I crazy? On RNRC, I think that anywhere towards the front gives a smoother ride than the back.
I have yet to ride EE, so I have no opinion on that. I'm thinking that the front would be ideal for a mild ride over the "big drop," but I guess you'd then be in the back of the train when it goes backwards, which is supposed to be pretty intense, so I'm torn on what to think about that.
And finally, is it ok to request a certain row/seat on any of these when boarding? I've never done it because I'm afraid of holding up the line behind me, but sometimes I want to so I'm fully comfortable with the ride.
This is my first real post here. Thanks for reading and I look forward to seeing what others think about this!
