Coast to Coast Runners?

Just wondering who out there is running the Disneyland Half and getting their coast to coast medals.

The e-mail from Disney just came through and it was just the boost I need to push through the last 2 weeks before the run.


I did the WDW Full and and THRILLED to get getting that C2C!!!!

Anyone else?

This will be my second C2C. The main reason I'm doing it again is to get the 5th anniversary medal & the C2C and put them all in a shadow box with my Goofy medals. How silly is that?!!

This will be my first C2C and only my 2nd visit to Disneyland so looking forward to the trip out west!!!!

My first C2C. I'm so excited. One 8 mile run left to do by Monday and everything else will be under 6. It was 99% humidity and 75 when I ran this morning-should have been a tempo, but I had a hard time pulling a 9:30 mile for 5 miles. I haven't been to DL since 1994. I was grew up in CA and made my first visit to DL in 1966.

Me, me, me!!! This is my first c2c and my very first trip to DL.

I have a 12 mile run tomorrow, 7 on Sunday and then I start to taper. I am so excited to be going to California!

Am looking forward to the Disneyland Half. Did the race in 2008 but this will be my first Coast to Coast. Two more weeks til we fly out. Spending a night on the Queen Mary in Long Beach, and then over to Disneyland.

Got that email also and I am looking forward to my second c2c. I went ou the first year. Going out this year for the 5th anniversary medal!! Will be lots of fun!!

I just got out my first C2C medal and I must say, it's one of the nicest medals I have. It is beautiful! Pictures don't do it justice. I'm grateful that I have the opportunity to go back and I am really looking forward to seeing fellow WISHers and meeting new friends.

This is my 3rd time to participate in the DL 1/2 but my 1st C2C medal and I'm SO excited to be getting this awesome medal and hopefully will get to meet some fellow wishers!

Only problem is that I didn't get the email, so I will have to get it all figured out when I get out there, since I changed my name after getting married and did that after WDW in Jan. Hopefully it all gets worked out because I will be very upset if I don't get that medal!!

Bring a copy of your finishers certificate from WDW. And your marriage certificate too. Then there are no worries.

This will be my first C2C. The WDW Marathon was my first Disney race and DL will be my second. DL will be my wife's first Half Marathon.
