Coast to Coast Challenge 2012

Hi everyone,
What races are do doing? I am running the Tinkerbell 1/2 and the Princess 1/2. Love to hear from everybody. Hopefully I'll get to meet some of you at the races

Well, if I win the Run Disney FB giveaway, I will be running the WDW Half and the Tink. LOL.

Otherwise, I'm aiming for a C2C in 2013... Timing it would be wise for me to do Tink 2013 and Wine & Dine... but I'm not sure the W&D appeals to me... hmmm... I'm excited to hear other responses!

I was disappointed in the medal for the Wine and DIne....saw it at the Disneyland 1/2 race expo last weekend. I really love the other medals though....especially the Chip and Dale relay half medal. I choose my races based on the prize!

I just got my 2011 Coast to Coast and will get my 2012 by doing the Goofy and Tinkerbell.

I'm doing Goofy, Tink, and Princess. I guess that's coast to coast to coast, haha Too bad there isn't a medal for that!

I am doing the WDW 1/2 and then the DL 1/2 to get my C2C medal! And I plan to run the 5Ks at WDW and DL as well so I will end up with five Disney medals in 2012! So excited about that!

Hoping to do C to C in either 2012 or 2013. Probably some combination of Disney Marathon/W&D Half/DL Half. Tink just isnt my scene sadly - I'd certainly run it but wouldnt want to start 2 corrals back.

I am definatly trying to do Coast to Coast this year.

I am doing the 1/2 in January along & I really would like to do Princess in February and the half in Disneyland next September.

That's the goal - hopefully the funds will agree with my goal

I'm going for my 2nd Coast to Coast medal (after having just got it this year for the Princess and Disneyland 1/2).
I'm doing the Tinkerbell and Princess. So I won't have to wait until Labor Day and the Disneyland 1/2 to get it next year!

Does anyone know if it will be the same medal as this year?
I don't think it had a date on it.
I would be nice if it was different.

I am doing Tinker Bell and Wine & Dine. I plan on doing it in 2013 as well with Goofy and the DL half. I will be doing the 5Ks as well, so 5 medals for me too in 2012. In 2013 however, I will be doing the 5Ks, so it will be 7 medals! I can't wait!

I earned my first C2C this year with the Donald/Princess and DL ½.

In 2012, I plan on earning it with the Donald/Chip & Dale and Tinkerbell (if things go as planned) or the DL ½ again if I can't swing the Tink.

My husband is a Legacy runner for the Disneyland 1/2 as he has ran each race since the inaugural. I hope to do the same for the Tinkerbell 1/2

I am so jealous. Don't think I can do the Tinkerbell every year, but hoping to do at least one disney run event every year, mostly likely in WDW. Tinkerbell will be my first 1/2 marathon, so will be very special for me.
