Coarse Sugar or Sanding Sugar

Please help - I cannot find that coarse sugar or sanding sugar in any of my grocery stores. Can anyone direct me to other places that would sell it? I'm talking about that sugar that you would sprinkle on top of cookie, or in my case, scones and it doesn't melt.

Did you try the cake decorating aisle at JoAnne's or Michael's craft stores?
They have lots of stuff and may have the decorating sugar you're looking for.
