Hey Coach (or anyone else with experience)...
I found out today I got into the NYC Half on 3/20. That gives me 9 weeks between races. My program I've been using has been 14 weeks. Would I just go to about the midway point to continue training or what would you recommend? I'm using a run/walk plan if that makes any difference.
