Hmm.. now lemme guess.. .who is he predominant audience of DNCNN? Does this surprise anyone that the libs are spamming the online poll?

Was this an online poll? I assumed they had called people?

By the way some of the after debate polls come out, you would think Kerry would be running away with the election. Somehow, it hasn't turned out that way.

It wasn't online, I checked. It was only a poll of 511 debate viewers also.

Just because Kerry wins the debate doesn't mean he wins the election. Most republicans admitted that Bush was terrible in the first debate.

The ABC poll, polled 38% republicans, 30% democrats and 29% independents:

Winner Kerry 42%
Bush 41%
undecided 14%

Hate to bust your bubble, but this isn't an online poll.

Perhaps I underestimated Kerry's performance...:teeth:

I thought Kerry did much better than Bush, with his strongest showing in the first debate, second strongest in this debate, and third in the second debate.

Looks like 3 for 3 for Kerry...Sadly, we will now we'll see the real mud fly.:(

Kerry won the first, Bush slight lead on the second, Bush hands down won the third. My Opnion, No Spin. Watched them all. I don't need anyone to tell me what I saw.

I think each person feels very passionate about the candidate they support and feel that person won the debate.

I think that undecided voters (holy cow...come on people there's only 19 more days!) should take the time to read debate transcripts, and also do some research on the issues that are important to them and their country so they can make an educated decision about who to vote for in November.

For the record, IMHO, John Kerry was the clear winner of all 3 debates.

If I were asked what I thought about who won the debates, I would say:

Kerry won the first one, I felt very sorry for Bush though. It was painful to watch, nearly unbearable.

Bush and Kerry tied on the second and Kerry won the third.

Kerry is very strong, makes it a point to be very clear on what his views are and understands that just because he has personal beliefs regarding an issue, it doesn't mean that he will force his choice on everyone else. He will be a President for all people and I think he will unite America. We need him badly.

How will Kerry unite America? I think with all the animosity that is felt towards either candidate (depending on who you are voting for) that will be an impossibility.

For the most part I'd go along with these numbers. Since those polled are leaning to the right it's probably more like Kerry 47-50% Bush 41%. I don't think last night was a run away victory for Kerry like the 1st debate. I do think Kerry edged out Bush just by virtue of being a better speaker and talking up his platform. They both went overboard with repeating the same info again and again and both had difficulty at times staying on issue. I do find it amazing that Bush won every debate prior to these given his incredibly poor to just adequate performance in these 3.

It would to someone from New Jersey, which is about as representative of America as Charlton Heston is of Hollywood.

I'm sorry...I still don't get it. I know I'm a Bush supporter and all, but I don't know how you could have watched last night's debate and conclude Kerry won in any other fashion but his stage presense and diction. Sadly, Peter is right, now it will get even more ugly.

Because all I saw was Bush not answering the questions. For example, when the question was about jobs, he immediately switched to a prepared speech about education.
