cm's that were not as nice as usual

You know what I find amazing.
When people are at Disney they interact with BUNCHES of CMs each day. Do they post about the 99%, NOPE, just the one they we did not like.

If I meet someone I don't like, I just try to forget them. Makes my life easier.

I think it's true that good service is the norm, so the CMs we remember are those who aren't so magical. My worst experience, and really my only bad experience, with a CM with an attitude problem happened in October of 1990. We were staying off site and parked in the Magic Kingdom lot. There was a family in the seats behind us who didn't speak English. They had one more person than allowed in the seats. The CM was trying to tell them only 5 to a seat. When they didn't respond, because

A) They didn't know the CM was talking to them

And

B) They didn't understand what the CM was saying

the CM just kept yelling louder in English the same thing. Over and over again. It was the most unpleasant way to start the day. Finally other guests around us managed to convey the point to the guests. You would think that in basic CM training they would address communicating with guests who don't speak English.
