DW and I would like to thank some of the CMs at HHI who helped us greatly when we were there over thanksgiving. Amanda was great at check-in and during our stay. She explained our welcome packet and was very friendly. She even noticed I was excited with this being our first trip as DVC members. 
The cider in the lobby was great during the weekend. 
Rich & Company at Broad Creek Rentals helped us out of a couple of jams during the weekend which we appreciated very much. When we tried to reserve the Dolphin tour on Saturday morning, Rich and Nathan were very friendly and we struck up a conversation about Shakespeare among other things. Rich, the glasses were a hoot. 
However, the captain for the dolphin tour was a no-show (boat wouldn't start). Rich was able to get us on another tour that afternoon. Thanks Rich. During the wrangling over the dolphin tour, DW left her room key and receipt at the rental booth. Anthony was able to bring them to our room on his way home. That was magical. 
Last but certainly not least, thanks goes to B'lou Crabbe. He is a wonderful storyteller. I could have listened to him all night while he told ghost stories in Big Murggie's Den. BTW, the Den almost became my living room during the stay since our room was a floor above the den.
