All the acronyms can be overwhelming! You can find a list of common acronym abbreviations here on the Welcome Board.

Generally when someone is asking about CM on this board, they mean Chef Mickey's.

When they are talking about someone that they spoke with, then it's a Cast Member.

It looks like you're using the code from the html box. Try using the code from the box under:

"PseudoHTML, UBBCode™ or BBCode
Used on many message boards that don't allow HTML."

It will look more like this:
[ url=http://distickers.com/ticker/ ][ img ] h ttp://distickers.com/ticker/tickers/d6bsb6fw873ixyso.png[ /img ][ /url ]

(without the spaces)
