CM with ADR questions

I have a question for all of yall.. Since I book all of ya'lls dining ressies I want to know, has it been harder than you thought it would be doing your ADR's during free dining?? Or perhaps easier than you thought?? Also, how are we, the CM's, doing finding ressies for you. Any input helps us out. Looking forward to hearing from everyone!!

I had an easier time this year. But I made mine at my 180 day mark since I did the bounceback. It was nice having everything at exactly when I wanted. I got good CMs during all of my calls.

Awesome to hear!! We are trying to open up more tables and times. Take advantage of EMH's.

I'm having a little trouble for the night of a MNSSHP. I have a 3:55 at CP but would like to move it back or change to another character meal. CRT and LT both have reservations open for 7 but we want to enjoy the entire party so neither is an option. The CMs have been great though looking for me and even making other suggestions. They've happily checked CRT, LTT, CP, Chef Mickey's and 1900 Park Faire for me every time I called. With a 3 yr. old and a 6 yr. old, we want to stick with a character meal that night.
I'm still hoping to get lucky with a cancellation!

you and me both.I have been trying to get either LTT or Cp anytime from 430p to 6p for 3 people in sept 23rd.Nothing has been available.So I am stuck with the garden grill at Epcot( which is what I currently have booked)I have been calling every day.

I booked all of my ADRs at the 180 day point so I got everything I wanted!!! But I got two of the very last tables at Chef Mickeys that night that were available around 6:30-7:00.

Just booked Chef Mickey's for Breakfast on Sept 6 (Saturday) for 5 people. No problem at all. Loved the CM very bubbly.

I have been incredibly lucky both times we have gone to WDW during Free Dining. Last year I made my ADR's at about the 35 day mark (I had NO idea that you even needed ADR's until a friend filled me in ) and I was able to get FANTASTIC ADR's thanks in part to my great CM. I had been offered CRT for 8pm and was wavering about rather I wanted to take it, or wait and see....she very kindly informed me that it was a very treasured ADR, and I was extremely lucky to be getting it so close to our trip, and strongly suggested that I take it. Now I realize how lucky that was! We were very pleased with all our ADR's last year!

This year, I was a little better, I had booked our package for the 21 - 26 of August and made ADR's at (or pretty near, anyway) to the 180 day mark, but then when free dining came out my whole plan changed. I was able to change everything around, and got nearly everything I wanted. I am super super pleased with our ADR's this year!!!! (CP, LTT, THouse, Hoop De Doo, Coral Reef, Sci-Fi and OHana!) There was one little mix up where the first CM had mistakenly put my Coral Reef ADR down for MAY 29 instead of AUG 29, but when I called to go over my ADR's and the CM at the time found the error, she was able to fix it, and get me tables at Coral Reef for nearly the same time. GREAT service!!!!!!

We got just about everything we wanted! We called and booked it all on the Monday that free dining was released for Visa cardholders. I had DF book it and he always gets what he asks for - if I had called I might have a different answer for ya

Remember the resorts have some awesome restaurants too!! Take full advantage of the monorail and the "climate controlled motor coaches" that we offer to go out of the parks for MNSSHP night for your meals and then back into the parks for the party!!

I was able to get all of mine and we are eating outside the park on MNSSHP night and then heading over. The CM's have been absolutely WONDERFUL!

Originally we were going in late Sept and I got exactly what I wanted, but a couple of weeks ago we decided earlier in Sept would be better, and I had to take what they could give me for early Sept, like at what would be at about 150 days out!

One year for a MNSSHP we parked at TTC, took the monorail to Poly and ate at Kona. Then of course the monorail was an easy ride to Mk for the party.
I think the Garden View Tea at GF would be a great start to an MNSSHP evening too. (Tea is served from 2 - 6.)
