CM secrets???

I'm the curious type, who are dying to find out what it's like to work for Disney. You know, everything, both good and bad. But it's impossible to find any stories, blogs or anything like that, that tells the whole truth.
What does Disney do to prevent that any secrets gets on-line? I know they have the CMs sign contracts, but still, at some point, something should get out. Have anyone else thought about this???

I don't know about full time CM's but there are a ton of blogs on the experiences of College Program participants.

I think besides losing your job forever and ever for spilling Disney secrets, CM's are proud of the work they do and the company they devote their lives to. They don't WANT to spill secrets because its all part of the magic.

I guess must CMs love to be a part of the magic and keep the secrets... But there got to be some, who doesn't believe in the magic after all....

DS said it's drilled into you the first day of Traditions training that there's ONE Mickey Mouse. And he took note of the fact that although no one teaches you "the Disney point" (you know, never point with just one finger, use two or the whole hand), it just happens naturally when you work to Disney.
