CM said a different date for AP Rates

I called this morning just to check in case they wanted to surprise us early. Well, I got a surprise. The CM told me that in her meeting the rates for Nov/Dec wouldn't be coming out for another 2 weeks !! I'm hoping that this CM is out of the loop Oh well, here's to tomorrow!

I called last night because I got a letter in the mail regarding our upcoming trip and that they were missing info and the CM told me, gulp.....that a note had come through that day and there would be no Florida Resident rates for the rest of the year and she was not sure about AP rates! They all sound sincere and yet all tell you something different.....maybe it is a conspiracy, lol! The waiting is kiling me, lol!

I am crossing my fingers it will be tomorrow for the rest of the year. Mary at Mousesavers has very reliable sources. I have always counted on that website and it has come through for me every time. Maybe that's just me being optomistic, but I REALLY WANT THOSE AP RATES TO COME OUT TOMORROW!!!

A friend of mine works for CRO and he just told me that he has the AP rates and that they will be available to book tomorrow. Good luck!

so now its FL resident rates getting cut too? gotta love rumors.. praying for some sort of discount for Jan 1 checkin...

OK I just called Disney and had to ask if AP's were out yet
"No, they show that they are pending until tomorrow morning"
I then asked her if she could guess at what the rates would be for a Deluxe, Her Reply was " well this is the lead in.........Poly is $170.00 a night for Value season etc"
So I know that I will be on the phone in the am I would love to be able to upgrade to a deluxe if they are going to be that price.

I emailed him and all I know so far is they will be taking 129.00 off the deluxes for value season and 140.00 off for regular. Not sure if this helps at all but at least it gives some idea of the discount. As far as room only discounts they are still in the dark about that also.

LOL I was pretty sure that $129 wasn't going to be subtracted from my current value season rate of $199 at the WL. That would be some kind of deal though!

I had to call CRO for something and asked about the AP rates. The CM was soooooooo nice she actually looked up my dates and told me what was available. Unfortunately the Poly is almost booked solid and 3 out of my 9 nights are not available with the AP rate. She said that in the case of AP rates it isn't automatically that rate for the entire reservation. She said that if there were only so many nights under the AP rates then that is all you would get and the Poly had little to none available.

Value Season 11/2 to 12/19

Does anyone know if you can get the ap rates on rooms if you don't have your ap yet? We are going to WDW December 13-20th, and I wasn't wanting to purchase my ap until a couple of weeks before we left. By purchasing it right before we go I will have a longer period to use it.

You don't have to have the AP in hand when you book, just when you check-in.

If you order over the phone or at the Disney Store, you will get a voucher which you turn in at a ticket window and your AP will start on the day you turn in your voucher. If you ordered your AP now, you would be safe from any price increases before December and it would be effective when you get to WDW and turn in the voucher.
