How do you get a CM to check all the members of your party for PIN codes? It seems like I have seen a lot of people say they didn't have a pin code, but their wife or husband or so-and-so did.
When I call (3 times in the last month) to check for a PIN code and ask them to check various email addresses/names, they say "it goes under your household" and won't check others. They only check the email address that is associated with the phone number I'm calling in on. I could call in on another phone, but even then, it seems like they'll only check "by household."
