CM- Early or Late Breakfast?

Beginning some early planning for our next trip and was wondering which would be better- a 7:30 breakfast at Chef Mickey's (We are staying at the contemporary) or the lastest seating available (probably between 11 and 11:30)? If the later, we would head to MK that morning, ride the major rides, pick up some FPs for later, and then monorail back to the contemporary for breakfast. Any opinions?

I like the late breakfast idea, if you go for the early breakfast you will be rushed thinking you need to get to the parks! Eat a pop tart and coffee in the morning and enjoy your morning in the park.

We did a 10:55 breakfast a couple of weeks ago and it was great. We went to the park, hit some rides, and then went and had breakfast. The place was almost empty so we got to spend a lot of time with the characters.

I also vote for a late breakfast. The food there is very plentiful and varied so if you have a huge early breakfast, then you may not want to ride some of the big attractions.

Also, I'm not personally a huge breakfast person so it's tough for me to have more than a light snack so early in the morning. By late morning, I'm ready to take full advantage of the buffet!

I also think the plan of arriving first thing at the parks, riding the big attractions before they get too crowded and then getting FP for later in the day is a great park strategy.
