If you could (or HAD) to choose one of the CM costumes to wear, which would it be. And if which one would you despise wearing the most?

For me, I would CRINGE everyday having to put on one of those multi-colored outfits the Primeval Whirl CM's wear! :sad2:

I am glad I NEVER had to wear the Animal Kingdom food service (Pizzafari) costumes. Yikes those are hideous. I think the best costumes are the Haunted Mansion and Tower of Terror costumes hands down.

Then again, I loved my ugly Star Tours flight attendant costume as well. :)

I've entertained fantasies about giving it all up and heading down to be a CM at the Haunted Mansion. I hate dresses, but I wouldn't mind this one. As long as I get to wear the death-pallor makeup, too.

It's funny because this week they had the HM dresses up for auction on ebay. Wouldn't that make a great Halloween costume? :teeth: The worst that I've see were the ones that they used to wear for Mr. Toad's Wild Ride, and the for It's A Small World..........hideous!

I do historical reenacting so it wouldn't be a stretch for me to wear the dresses like the women wear at American Adventure in Epcot, nor would I be upset over the attire at CRT (at least last I was there in 2000) or LTT (I think).

As far as what I would hate, hands down the costumes in Fantasyland. Yeah, they stick with a theme, but they are not flattering on anyone.

I would love love love to wear Ariel's dress, the one she wears to character meals. I hear it's worth about $3,000.

As for something I wouldn't want to wear - anything with pants in the Florida summer!

plus it's air conditioned in there so that's another plus...most of the other attractions require the CM's to be outside or with just a fan blowing (hot) air at them. I would DEFINITELY pick Haunted Mansion....or even the Kilaminjaro Safari costumes as long as I was a driver...I wouldn't want to be the chick standing on the platford waiting for people to come back.

I love the Hunted Mansion and Tower of Terror costumes! They just plain rock! I guess overall, though, that I really wouldn't mind what I was wearing as long as I was at WDW. I just love it there!

I would like to wear Snow White's costume! I'd look like pooh: stuffed
in it! :lmao: My waist isn't as small as it used to be since carrying the twins.

I would not want to wear the Evil Queen's costume! She is so mean!

There's no way to hide in a crowd and you could light a path at night without a flashlight, but that had to be one of the most comfy costumes I had to wear during my CP. :rotfl2:

Aren't the Adventureland outfits pretty comfortable? I'm thinking they are khaki with shorts and short sleeve shirts.:earsboy:

Actually, I used to love the old fantasyland costumes... even with the mustard/gold skirts and petticoats they were much more attractive than the new man-shorts they have to wear. And as far as the IASW costumes- they are THE most comfy costumes- shorts and a t-shirt, what better to wear in FL weather! :)

ETA- also, atleast they are not the muloti-colored mumus from AK

No. The Adventureland costumes are different colors. Adventureland ops is yellow/red for females and sort of a turquoise (?) color for males. Adventureland merch is purple for both males and females. And it is pants- no shorts. Jungle Cruise is khaki though.

My favorite costume is the attendant costume- black shorts with the yellow/white shirt with Mickeys. :teeth:

A pirate's costume for me!

I'd love to dress up like a pirate and work at PotC all day. And they get paid to do that, too, don't they!?!
