CM Cancelled the wrong ADR!

I'm so mad, I changed our park schedule when TGM changed the best/worst days chart list to reflect the P&PP. Well, I was so excited to get everything worked out perfectly. I made the new reservations, then had the CM cancel the old. Well, today I called to change something, and they had cancelled the new reservation instead of the old!:mad: I asked her to cancel Lecellier, but she cancelled Ohana! Then the CM said htey had no new ones for our group (I was calling to change it to a party of 12 instead of 6). I called back and another CM got me 2 tables for 6 at 7:25. Perfect. Thank goodness I needed to change it, we would've been all messed up. Call and check those ressies! That could've really been a disaster! We have local family coming to meet us for dinner, it would've sucked to not be able to get in!
 
I also learned the importance of double checking my ADRs. When I called to change Sci-fi, it didnt exist. Instead I had 2 spoodles for the trip. Cms are human like everyone else, so from now on I will double check those ADRs!
 
All of my ressies were lost last year as well. I had IPO change something, and they e-mailed me back to tell me that it was a good thing I had requested a change, as everything had been lost! We will be sure to check this time! :woohoo:
 

Can ADRs only be confirmed by calling back in to verify? They dont attach a link or anything to your online confirmation, correct? :confused3
 
I had that happen to me once, we were onsite and called the WDW number to cancel Yachtsman and add Cape May....I asked him three times to make sure it was for that night, he said yes it was. I asked to push my Le Cellier lunch back an hour for the next day and he said no problem.

Well guess what, he did it for the next month! The CM at Cape May left us in anyways and was able to fix my Le Cellier for the next day.

I would not be so mad if I did not ask multiple times that is was this weekend and we were already at WDW

I called and they used my phone number to view all my adrs. This was after she couldnt find the sci-fi to cancel for me on that date. Looking at the whole list she could see the spoodles ressie on 2x. :confused:

May I ask what day you cancelled Le Cellier for?
