I have 2 CMs at POR that I would like to thank.
The first one is Jose with the engineering department at POR. We returned to our room, around 7:30, after a long day in Epcot to find that our card would not open our room. To make matters worse, our DS4 had fallen asleep on the bus coming to the resort. Luckily, my parents were with us so we were able to put DS4 down in their room and call. Someone came to let us in the room. Jose showed up in our room to do something to the door. He worked with the door barely cracked and used a flashlight- to keep from waking up our son. He got a call on his walkie talkie and nearly broke his leg trying to get out the door to answer the call. I appreciate his diligence in correcting the problem and the courtesy with which he completed the job. Thanks, Jose.
The second was a our Mousekeeping CM named Luz. Our room was very tidy every day when we returned, but she never threw away things that we needed. Also, we had a towel animal waiting for us one day and she personally delivered a towel animal to our DS the day that we were checking out. Thanks to you also.
These 2 individuals put forth the extra effort that made our visit truly outstanding.
Disney certainly does hire the most amazing people!
