Cm Adr

My 180 day window opens tomorrow - will be trying to get a CM ADR for breakfast. Is this as hard as CRT? I have a party of 7.

Also, we are still waiting on the seventh person to let us know if they will be coming with or not. If I make the ADR for 7 people, and he later decides he's not joining us, do I need to call back and get a different ADR for a party of 6?

Our back up plan is O'Hana's. Anyone have any advice or comments on these 2 places with a large group?

No, it isn't that hard to get. Even CRT isn't that hard to get anymore at 180 days out.

It's much easier to go from a party of 7 to a party of 6 than the other way around. You don't have to call to change it.

Once I had an ADR for 4 and only 2 of us showed up and they were fine with it.

You shouldn't have a problem with getting an ADR for CM and a large group...if you are flexible with your times that is. As for your number of guests question, I would book it for the 7 and if the person decides that they are not coming, you can always let them know, (even when checking in) that it is down to 6. I always find that it is a lot better to overbook and make sure everyone has a place then to underbook and then not being able to go at all.
