Several years ago, I recall seeing the Anheuser Busch Clydesdale horses at Sea World. Are they still there? I didn't notice anything on the website in regards to them.

Unfortunatly not. There are no horses at Sea World.
New ownership, not at all affiliated with Anheuser Busch. The old stables you could walk through and see the horses is completely empty and the building that you used to be able to sample Anheuser Busch beer and go to beer school is now a pizza buffet.

On my last visit, and I assume it's still this way, the area around the old Budweiser Clydesdale Stables was re-landscaped into the "Sea Garden." The barn itself was used to house small animals that made appearances in the Sea Garden displays. It's a nicely themed garden area with plants made to resemble underwater vegetation. Along these paths were three stations where a variety of animals were brought out throughout the day. The animals were held or accompanied by an animal specialist who talked about them and answered questions. The animals changed frequently throughout the day, so repeat visits were very worthwhile. I really enjoyed this repurposing of the old Clydesdale barn area.

I'll miss seeing the horses, but I think my DD will enjoy seeing the small animals. We'll be sure to check it out when we're there.

Can anyone confirm if the Sea Gardenanimal encounter I described above is still there. I can't find it on the park's website.

I think I can now answer my own question. According to a recent visitor's post on another discussion board, the Sea Garden is not currently being used for animal interactions, but the area is rumored to be redeveloped into a place to showcase the efforts of the SeaWorld Rescue team including the ability to see rescued animals and talk with rescue staff/spokespeople. The poster heard this from speaking with one of Sea World's animal care team members during Wild Weekends recently.
